OUR HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY

In September of 1991, after a distinguished career in the corporate finance world, Principal, Philip Harvey, purchased the business of St Ives First National, beginning a dream of working in his local area and in an industry about which he is passionate.

In February 1993 the company purchased a specialist property management firm, “Ku-Ring-Gai Property Services”.  In June of that year Town & Country Real Estate was also purchased and St Ives First National and Ku-Ring-Gai Property Services relocated to the Town & Country offices at 215 Mona Vale Road, where they still are today.  The company further expanded in 2003 adding the office of Killara First National to the team. In 2007 the Roseville office was opened and the company changed it’s name to “Northlink First National” reflecting on the commitment to service the entire North Shore.

Today Northlink First National is recognised as industry leaders in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.  The company’s strong commitment to honesty, integrity and professionalism combined with its acknowledged history of success assists in its mission to build a brand which sets a new industry benchmark.
